How to order
We have made ordering your invitations simple. Please see below for ordering your wedding stationery in just a few easy steps.
Remember all designs can be customised to co-ordinate with your wedding theme. You can choose your own wording and font. If you don’t see an invitation design that completely suits your wishes or you would like to combine elements to create a unique and bespoke wedding invitation suite, please contact us and we will be delighted to work with you to create your perfect wedding stationery. If you have a certain budget requirement, please contact us and we will help you pick the most suitable and affordable style of invitations to suit you
From when you place your order to receiving your invitations will usually take between 3-4 weeks. Since you will want to mail your invitations 6-10 weeks prior to your event, we suggest ordering your invitations approximately 4-6 months before your wedding date.
Ordering your wedding invitations in just a few easy steps.
1. Order a Sample
We strongly recommend ordering a sample of your invitation design before placing an order. giving you a realistic hardcopy of the quality, texture and colour of your chosen design. Please note that our samples are not customised, you will receive the invitation as pictured on our website. Any alteration of design/colour will be sent to you digitally if you decide to change the original design in any way to suit your theme. You can purchase a sample or samples of any design directly on our website by adding the item to cart.
2. Contact us to order by Email
Once you have decided on your wedding invitation design you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know which invitation you wish to order referencing the name of the invitation range and the quantity you require of each product in that range or suite.
3. Pay a deposit.
We ask for 50% deposit at this point. You have two payment options: by PayPal or bank transfer.
We will send you an invoice via Paypal or email you our Bank details for Bank transfer if preferred.
4. Submit your details for Invitation Wording
Invitation details and wording. You can fill out the attached form with all your wording for your invitations and stationery through our website. Alternatively, you can send over the wording via email (we are happy to assist with the wording or any questions you have).
5. Receive Proofs to Approve before Printing
Once payment is received, we will send digital proofs for your review.
Read over the wording of your proofs carefully and let us know if there are any changes or alterations needed or if everything looks correct, approve for printing. Please send changes in one email, in a list format. Please note, once you approve for printing no changes can be made and you authorise all wording, spellings and the layout as correct, no claims on these may be made after you approve the proofs.
8. Final Payment and Delivery
Before going to print your invitations we ask for the final payment to be made. We will send you details of final amount for payment. Now you can relax and we will send you confirmation of payment and a expected delivery date. Delivery is Free of Charge to Ireland!
Please note: Once the final proof is approved and your invoice has been paid, no changes can be made. All order details like wording, materials, and quantities are considered approved. Please note that as all items are handmade and handcrafted there may be slight variances in our stationery. Colours may also vary between screens.
